When we decided to build this condominium development, we spent six months studying the current Mazatlan condo market in addition to the future projects that had been presented to the Municipal Government for the next 5 years. We found that 100% of the existing and projected condominium development projects were basically the same kind and ideas; developments oriented to the general public without any clear idea but sale their condos. In Puerto Viejo Skies® we are trying to make friends, long term relations with our customers, we are doing business to make friends.

Construction technical specifications for Puerto Viejo Skies®

Structure: Concrete enforced with steel rebar.

Floors: Interior is imported ceramic and exteriors (terraces, halls and pool area) washed granite and marbol mixed.

Exterior walls: 7x14x24 cm. Solid concrete block with stucco outside, gypsum inside.

Bathrooms. - Marble and porcelain.

Accessories. -  German fixtures, bath basin, one piece/ Vitromex. Sliding doors and windows have 6 millimeters tinted blue glass. 1 meter wide (for maximum hurricane protection), framed in white aluminum / Finestra.

Kitchens:  Our kitchens are made with granite counter tops.

Swimming pool: Venetian tile all-level 5 foot depth. Heated pool with pool enclosed Jacuzzi for 8 people. 2 pool side dressing rooms.
